COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint about purchased goods, send them over to us. Along with the goods you should send printed and filled “Complaint form” or written statement, which indicates the name, address, order number and a description of the damage. We will inform you about the result of your complaint within 14 business days (from the day we have received your package) by e-mail, mail or via phone. If your complaint will be justified we will cover all shipping costs. In case of unjustified complaints, the customer is obligated to pay all charges.

The Products can be covered by the Manufacturer or distributor warranty. In this case, the Customer is entitled to lodge a complaint related to the Product using the entitlements resulting from the warranty, by lodging a compliant to the warrantor. Lodging the compliant to the warrantor can be made with an intermediary of the Skate Video Magazine or directly to the warrantor. The Customer can exercise the entitlements in respect of the statutory warranty for physical defects of the Product regardless of the entitlements resulting from the warranty.

The warranty is invalid for products damaged by:
– accidents,
– improper use,
– bad assembly,
– use of force,
– misinterpretation and improper manual use,
– 3rd parties,
– natural catastrophes,
– exceptional accidents.
